Tracy Lefkowitz

Art Director/Program Director

Tracy returns to her design roots when she joined the staff of The Art Guild.  She had worked as an Art Director at Golden Books and after working at Scholastic Publishing, Early Childhood Today Magazine, and Workman Publishing and then worked many years in Early Education. She is also Freelance designer for a variety of clients.

I love all the creative energy you feel as soon as you walk through the door or even enter the website.

Tracy achievements include:
– Board member and Registrar of Programming for the Port Washington P.A.L.
– Captain of “The Bombers”, 1 of the 5 PW Women’s Softball teams
-1996 National EdPress Award – Design, cover story
-1996 National EdPress Award -How-To-Creative Dramatics Story
-1994 Selected and presented at The Art Director’s Club
-1994 Selected for David Carson Design Competition

Tracy enjoys drawing with ink, doodling, and using typographic solutions as art – she has an obsession with fonts!

Tracy lives in Port Washington with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs.
