The most important thing about painting, whether it’s oil, acrylic or watercolor, is the importance of basic drawing skills. In this mini session workshop, you will learn how to draw accurate proportions step-by-step, what you see and transfer onto paper, from start to finish. You will start with easy compositions to a more complicated setting, class will provide you with a few still-life images to work on. The first class will be an easy still-life drawing then move on to more complicated subjects.

Tara’s goal is to share her creativity and passion for collage with you during this one day workshop! Consider stepping outside your comfort zone and exploring a new medium! She will teach you the tips and tricks to creating a beautiful magazine collage with the subject of your choice! Tara will provide one on one assistance so that each artist will be able to confidently create a piece of art they love. Come with a few photos or inspiration for your piece.
All skill levels welcome, and all supplies included!

This is the perfect opportunity for artists and art lovers of all levels to get a taste of what is happening in the art galleries and museums of NYC (Chelsea, Madison Ave, 57^th Street, Lower East Side, Tribeca, SoHo, Brooklyn, etc) Long Island and the tri-state area. She also takes “side trips” to other artful locales, including throughout the USA, Europe, Asia and across the globe. Wherever she finds great art, you will be right there alongside every artful adventure.
