Modern Calligraphy with Felt Tip Markers with Howard Rose One-Day Workshop, Saturday, February 9 • 10 am – 1 pm $60

During this workshop, we will explore how to bring life and excitement into the scenes traditionally dominated by cold colors – winter scenes and seascapes. Demos of both subjects will illustrate the use of underpainting and color layering techniques in creating luminous nuanced color, depth, and texture. Students will have a choice of working from their own reference or using one of the provided photos.
All levels of experience are welcome.

Through exploring texture and shape you will make your own art in clay.
