Popular painter and instructor, Howard Rose, will teach how to start a landscape painting in oil or acrylic going from major shapes to smaller shapes; reviewing simple mixing techniques using a limited palette; and discussing the 22 elements that go into creating a good painting.

Weather permitting, we will paint outdoors or you can bring photographic references.
