Annette Kasle

Annette Kasle and her family have been residents of Port Washington for 38 years.  They value all the beauty that the town has to offer as well as the town’s dedication to arts and activities as exemplified by the presence of The Art Guild.  In May 2019, she  received a Doctor of Hebrew Letters (DHL) in Hebrew Bible from the Jewish Theological Seminary following her retirement from a fulfilling career in law and health car policy.  She often leads adult education classes focusing on various topics in the Bible.  Annette and her husband Daniel are avid travellers and amateur photographers and have been lucky enough to show in a number of TAG photography shows.

Ilene Silberstein

Ilene Silberstein is an award-winning still life and landscape painter and works in oil pastel and mosaic.

Now residing in New York City she was a resident of Port Washington for 36 years and her raised her family there.

She received and AS degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and later completed a BS degree in Visual Arts at SUNY College at Old Westbury.

She worked in fashion design and more recently as a flower designer. Her love of flowers and nature is evident in her work.

Ilene has always maintained an active presence in civic life in Port Washington and beyond. She served as the Development Director for the Landmark Theater.

She was a design director for the Port Washington High School Gambol. She served as a member of the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce and served on the Harborfest Committee. Ilene was also honored by being appointed to The Art Advisory Council of The Town of North Hempstead.

Ilene is member of American Women Artists.

Angela Vinciguerra’s robust financial background includes years at Big Four accounting firm Price Waterhouse as an Audit Manager, followed by working with The Child Center of NY and the Phoenix House Foundation as a Financial Advisor and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Comptroller.The arts have always held a special place in her heart because of the power they have on society.

Shelley Holtzman’s love of art began in childhood and led her to receive a BFA from the University of Michigan. Shelley led Brouillard Communications, a division of J. Walter Thompson as an art director, group creative director and Senior Vice President. Shelley and her family have lived in Port Washington since 1995. She serves as Preview Co-Chair for the Port Washington Library Art Advisory Council and she is also an active volunteer in community graphic design projects. Shelley is an award-winning painter.
